Such fantastic accommodations. All the restaurants were excellent! The location was great…we walked to Old San Juan and back twice. They kept our room clean and supplied with complimentary water and snacks—even had turn down service with sweets left on the nightstand every evening.

Thank you for the excellent stay. we didn't manage to find the jacuzzi but we didn't try too hard, either. The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area.

This hotel was perfect location for walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Disappointed that for the money, no balcony even though we paid for ocean view. Also there should be something open in the hotel for quick coffee/muffin/snacks… nothing like that.

The property is spectacular and the service is excellent until they get busy. They can’t seem to handle the onslaught of guests.
Housekeeping is mediocre and the rooms could stand to be updated.

Vanderbilt was very nice. Just little things like cleaning the coffee maker was not done. Some stuff like creamer were not given first yes then as days past they gave us less and less. This review is for them to fix this but otherwise staff and overall great stay

Great location and super nice people, but we had a buzzing noise all night in our room. Reported it and they came to ‘fix’ it but it wasn’t fixed.
Breakfast is excellent and the staff around the pools is great. Took a while to get a drink on the veranda overlooking the water. The hotel is a little tired and could use a facelift. For the price I expect more!
