Beautiful location directly across the street from Lake George. Bar, restaurant, pool and free parking available behind the hotel. My room was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a pull out couch and a balcony with high top furniture. Excellent facilities and the staff were very helpful. The bathrooms were spacious and very clean with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. No complaints about my room as it fit a family of four no problem. I was attending a wedding and they accommodated my family with an early check in at 1pm with no additional cost.
A definite must when visiting Lake George NY.

We loved the location, facilities and the view.👍👍👍
But the food? Lol, we booked our stay for just 1 night with breakfast for 5 people but when we were in the lobby the staff told us that no breakfast was included even after showing him our receipts and emails that stated that we paid for our stay with breakfast. We ended up paying for our own breakfast. 👎👎👎👎👎

Excellent location, easily accessible to the lake, events and shopping. Very clean and quiet. My only complaint is the beds. Very uncomfortable and hard! I barely slept and woke achy. This would be why I wouldn’t book again unfortunately!

I’ve often wanted to stay here, but only having visited in the summer before haven’t had the opportunity. Definitely somewhere I’d specifically go back to, even in winter!
My daughter and I stayed only for one night after a looooong drive in horrible weather. We immediately felt relief when we walked in and graciously greeted by the front desk. Our room was very comfortable and clean.

Overall good experience
I asked for higher floor with lake view balcony, but got 2 floor, which isn't that good considering that we hear all voices from public balcony next to us. Lack of privacy, obviously

The swiming pool and gym were nice
