Everything was good with the hotel with the exception of the receptionist not knowing what to do during check in. We needed to pay a split payment and she made it extremely difficult. I’m assuming she was a new employee.

We stayed on the Premium Floor…. Which I payed 300 dollars a night. If I am paying three hundred the shower need to work. 😞 The staff were okay. The room was clean.

This hotel is set up for business not pleasure and it shows. Staff was nice , that being said . Bad parking , but they have a garage that had levels blocked off . Room was not clean ,really old carpet . Bed was hard and linens and pillows were not comfortable, actually horrible. Do yourself a favor and get a different hotel. For what they charge you would think it would be high end !

The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The front staff was very attentive and the breakfast was beyond what we could imagine. They have a complimentary beverage and light snacks from 530-730 that was relaxing.
The only thing slightly negative I could say was that the pool was very cold, and there is no hot tub. Hot tub is more of a preference than negative.

We booked a 2-night stay at the Embassy Suites and our room had wet carpet the was coming from the adjacent bathroom shower. By the second night, after being out all day we returned to a dank, musty room that was completely unacceptable. Wallpaper was also severely scratched and frayed. Room 303 was simply terrible.

It enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Super centralized and convenient to everything in Raleigh/Durham. Breakfast is also amazing, along with the happy hour. I assure you I'll be back again soon when visiting the area.
