Ramsauhof

We have booked this hotel since 2011 to meet up with our friends from Vienna, whom we met at the Ramsauhof, to hike and relax. Our friends have been guests at the Raumsauhof for 22 years, often several times a year and for longer periods. After a four-year break on our part due to moving and Corona, we were happy to book again. We have been very satisfied over the years. It was always like coming home. THIS TIME IT WAS A NIGH**ARE. The service has deteriorated significantly under the new management, although the service staff is not to blame. All staff were very nice and helpful. You can overlook the lack of service...there was no more daily information sheet at breakfast, the buffet was slimmed down, you have to clean up the dishes for afternoon coffee yourself. Hotel getting old. We are sorry that the very nice hiking tours from the house are no longer available. Our masseuse is no longer there either. The masseuse and hiking guide were top performers!! During the snack she always emphasized that she was the manager - we're doing so well, we're warm here and have a roof over our heads. - The question is do you have to hear that on vacation? ETC. NOW COMES THE ABSOLUTE CHANCE of the "new manager" who, as we have heard, has been in the house for two years. After the online training that I held in the hotel room, our friends told us in the evening that they had an unfriendly argument with the management at around 4:30 p.m. after their trip. The point of contention was that the manageress addressed our friends harshly with the following wording. "You're always too late, I'd prefer it if you left the house right away." The manager has claimed that all employees are afraid of us. Since our friends knew that the snack time is only until 4 p.m., they only wanted to have a coffee. At dinner in the restaurant we spoke to one or the other employee, no one ever mentioned that they were afraid of us. We also had the feeling that we were being watched by management that evening. Lt. According to a waiter, she has not been in the restaurant for three months. Meal times were officially from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. We went to eat between 7:30pm and 7:45pm three days before the expulsion. Our opinion If she had a problem with meal times, she could have talked to us. After dinner we wanted to talk to the manager of the hotel in the fireplace room of the Ramsauhof. At that moment, the managing director came over like a stung by the tarantula. We wanted to conduct the conversation professionally on her part and away from the other guests. Wir haben Mitte Februar eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche im Ramsauhof verbracht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück war gut und völlig ausreichend. Wenn mal etwas aus war, wurde frisch nachgelegt. Manchmal musste man sich etwas gedulden, aber schließlich hat man Urlaub und kann es ruhig angehen, auch mal einen Augenblick warten. Wir konnten uns über den Service überhaupt nicht beklagen. Ganz im Gegenteil, wir haben mitunter den Hut gezogen, wie eine Servicekraft das ganze Pensum bewältigt hat und dabei stes freundlich blieb. Man hatten immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Auch den SPA Bereich können wir empfehlen. Das große Schwimmbad mit verschiedenen Saunen und die angebotenen Massagen waren ein Genuss. Leider schließen Schwimmbad und Sauna bereits 19.00 Uhr, da wäre uns eine Stunde länger lieb gewesen. Aber das wäre auch schon unser einziger Kritikpunkt. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern mal wieder.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen direkt an der Loipe mit traumhaften Blick. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig ebenso wie der Balkon. Das Frühstück war sehr gut die Produkte frisch. Die Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren vor dem Besitzerwechsel mal hier und waren geschockt, was aus diesem „Hotel“ geworden ist. Service nicht vorhanden, Frühstück besteht aus abgepackten und nicht hochwertigen Produkten, Zimmer werden nicht geputzt und aufgeräumt, usw.. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad ist zu kalt und der Spa-Bereich sehr klein. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit für das Gebotene. Schade, früher hat es uns gefallen. Wir könnnen den Ramsauhof nicht empfehlen! Nie wieder!

Die Preise sind wie im 4-Sterne-Hotel, aber sonst wirklich nicht! Der Service im Restaurant war unmöglich, der Kellner bewegte sich wie eine Marionette, die Rezeption ist wahrlich mehr außer Betrieb als mit Personal, und die Küche ist mittelmäßig!!!!

Das Hotel hat schon die beste Zeiten hinter sich, als 4-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service ist miserabel, Kellner wenn dies ein Kellner ist, benimmt sich, sanft gesagt merkwürdig, als wären die Gäste für ihn dort, und nicht er für die Gäste, und dazu ist er noch absolut tollpatschig!

Die Lage und Zimmer OK auch, wenn die Zimmer die beste Zeiten hinter sich! Die Küche ist mittelmäßig, Service reine Katastrophe Kellner benimmt sich wie ein Harlekin, und über Weinservice hat keine Ahnung!
