Palm Exotica Resort and Convention Centre

The restaurant service in the resort is very poor. The service is too slow, no one bothers to take care of customers. The room and ambience of the resort is good but Fiesta the restaurant has to be improvised to great extent. Even to take an order there is none available, the staff has to increase to serve the customers

The staff and ambience is extremely soothing and makes you close to the nature , property is well maintained and each place has its own wow factor. All the staff is very much welcoming and helpful. Thank you for such a great experience for us. :)

Very poor maintenance of bathroom , Water leakage in basin , Flush was not working properly, No water pressure and hot water in Shower . Not provided Hand shower and spout . Non availability of sufficient plates and bowls at Breakfast

Booked a stay for my parents' 25th anniversary from their website. Very disspointing on how they were very rude in talking to me. The spa is under renovation which was not specified on the website. When asked about more package details and expressed my disappoin**ent on how I was not informed while booking that the spa is shut down and only the waterpark was working, the person said you can cancel the room we dont care anyways the money will not be refunded. The breakfast served was below average. One of the worst experiences at a resort in Hyderabad. Not good for stays, not the value for the money you spend.

we stayed for a day to party at this place & ordered snacks for adults & kids & had breakfast in the morning at their restaurant, but once were back to bangalore in the next day, all the 21 of us including kids fell sick with stomach upset, vomiting, loose tools & it continued for almost 06 days with someone them seriously been admitted to hospitals, guess they had used all frozen old meat, fish & eggs, be careful while choosing your resort & food options.

The resort palm exotica boutique and spa is located near chevella almost 21 kms from the chevella vegetable market chowrasta towards shankarpalli.. The resort is on road and adjacent to the wild waters park..The ambience and the beauty of the resort is very good..For new travellers here are some tips.. Pros: 1.Resort is very beautiful and spacious 2.Staff is good and friendly and not that worst as We have read according to the negative reviews. 3.Food is par good though not great 4.The resort is close to the nature and no one will disturb you unless you call it upon 5. Bougainville rooms are perfect and very clean throughout it..Not a single scratch anywhere 6.Phone connections are pretty fine..someone will lift everytime u call Cons..These are bearable 1.Prices are too high for rooms and for the food..You can't expect dal fry 310 ruppes 2.Food delivery to the rooms is very lengthy..I will request the palm exotica boutique resort ***agement to make it much faster 3.Sound disturbance from the garden events is too disturbing..Let that handle out 4.Even paying the high prices for the room you have to pay ***y gsts and state taxes on food that is unacceptable..please make it relevant 5.Buffet breakfast is having very limited quantity..Include some more items and also menu card in the room is having very less options 6.Indoor games are very limited and un***ned and not working.. In short..Unlike other negative reviews I will recommend this property to newcomers anytime if they follow to consider my cons..Then this resort is very much enjoyable.. Don't stop just book it..Regards

Had a great and friendly service throughout my stay there while I visited for my company offsite with Merilytics. They resolved a minor issue in my room in the dead of night at 1am. Thank you PALM EXOTICA
