Apartment Hotel Marchesini

Nice hotel, location to unesco sites and rooms. However, had problems with AC in the room. Management would not send someone to check it out until the next morning (we were leaving the next morning). Room temp. was mid to high 80's. Left window open to get some circulation and grand daughter wound up covered in bug bites. Explained problems, situation and result with front desk the next day, who contacted the owner, who promised to refund for the room. After we left management/owner refused to acknowledge there was a problem or that they had said they would compensate despite emails showing what they had communicated. Stay here if you wish but put no belief into what they say.

A wonderful stay, room was spotless with great facilities, and all the staff were fabulous.

The communication with staff was exemplary! I needed to arrange transportation from the airport and also to the cruise port. They were so helpful and went out of their way - so much help and we only stayed one night! We also arrived very late due to delayed flights and this they also accommodated. I wish we could have stayed for days!!!

Clean apartment staff was friendly and helpful. Up front instructions were very helpful the communication was excellent from day I reserved. The free breakfast and 10% discount was exceptional bonus. The food at restaurant was amazing best grilled calamari I have ever had. We had dinner at hotel both nights why look somewhere else when you experienced the best. Ravenna was a friendly and walkable the entire experience was A+

Apartment was so nice, clean and roomy. Contact person was super friendly and helpful by email before arriving, as well as during our visit. Our only disappointment was that very little was offered for breakfast—only a couple of bread items and coffee.

The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not.

Great location. Stefania, the property manager was very helpful. The on site restaurant was very nice for both the included breakfast and dinner. We would stay here again.

A tidy hotel and friendly staff. My room was very nice and good size. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend other people staying there.

This was a delightful experience. Just the 2 of us a couple of days before our cruise. The location is perfect, close to all the amenities and very pleasant to walk and see the community. Our room was very clean, smartly appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The included continental breakfast next to the apartment had a lovely atmosphere and was just right to start the day. To top it all off was our hostess Valentina. She was in touch a couple of days ahead of our stay with helpful information, greeted us when we arrived and was truly friendly and very helpful. Thank you Valentina.
