had an absolutely lovely time staying at this hotel albeit the fact it’s 20-mins walk from the pier and another added 10-min walk to the beach area. but this made me make full use of enjoying the room, pool, and some of the bar’s food, and doing nothing and be in the moment love the studio room for it’s size- felt like home away from home. had a beautiful view overlooking the pool as well. only downside is that somehow mosquitoes manage to enter the room even though windows and doors are closed! but they are easy to kill so it’s okay. staff are friendly; will come back to stay again if i ever return!

We stayed at the Ploy Sea a couple of weeks ago for 3 nights. The hotel was fairly quiet and so they very kindly upgraded our room to a sea view. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. In particular a lady who worked on the front desk called Ratchadaporn. She was amazing and helped us so much. The food in the restaurant was a good standard with plenty of choice and the sea front was just idillic. Looking forward to returning again soon.

The hotel is not bad. I booked an independent chalet, but it is really rather biased. I have not been to Koh Samet. It is not clear. It is actually divided from the pier. Walking to the left is a bustling place. The beautiful places are over there. , Forest Park or something, we are on the right hand side, anyway, the road is not very good health, the entrance and exit have to call the car, 200 beads each time, but the owner is really good, but can only communicate in English I did n’t play anything this time, because it ’s too late, it ’s a pity

We stayed for 4 nights here. The location was pretty good and we were right on a beach, which made it nice for swimming. They do have a great pool too. It wasn't overly busy when we were there. But there were large groups coming and going, but they weren't that noisy. The breakfast is basic, but you do get to sit out and have a fantastic view looking out over the bay. The only problem I really had with our stay was the tap water, there was a slight discoloration. I didn't drink from the tap anyways and also had bottled water. It is relatively private too. Our room was spacious enough and we could sit outside on the balcony. For me it was relaxing and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and happy to help.

The location is ok. You can cross the road and walk to the sea. But the room has a lot of mosquitoes. Open the door and come in, mosquitoes are flying around. Had to have the housekeeper come and spray mosquito repellent, otherwise I definitely wouldn't be able to sleep.
