Check-in was amazing. However, the room, #309 was terrible, There was a very distinct "urine" smell that necessitated us acquiring a different room. The problem was immediately and professionally handled and our second room, #320 was perfect.
We went down for a coffee and a tea around 04:00 in the morning and, to our surprise, no hot coffee and no hot water. Someone was sleeping on a couch in the sitting area at the time. We didn't have any idea who he was, but he eventually woke up, apologized, and advised us he would get us some hot coffee and hot water for tea. Shortly he came back and said the heater was broken and the manager would have to fix them later, but there was hot coffee and water in the meeting room. There was hot coffee but no hot water. In addition there was no regular tea bags, just Earl Gray and Green Tea.
Breakfast was okay, but all the hot food was disappointing. Oatmeal was not hot, just warm. Eggs and sausage were cold. Still no hot coffee or hot water.
Wanted to talk with someone about my stay at check-out but no one was around, Very disappointing for a Hilton property.
