A good hotel if you need to stay in Red Deer. Rooms were clean, lobby lounge is a nice place to relax, food is pretty decent and not overpriced. Staff were very accommodating and professional. They went the extra mile to secure a last minute dinner reservation for a party of 14. There were some noise issues on lower floors (according to some others in our group) but our floor was blissfully quiet (save the noise from the elevators). Overall a good stay!

This hotel in an easily accessible part of Edmonton. Easy access to Airport, Shopping Malls, Down Town and also North side. Room Size great especially the suites with large bedroom, attached living room with fridge & microwave, couch, dining table etc so good for businessperson attending meetings whilst family & children can relax in room and hotel common areas as well as trips to other areas including malls etc . need a car but taxi & Uber very reasonable as location quite, safe and fairly Cenral. Lots of parking, seems quite & safe. meeting rooms available large open entrance & check in counter etc. Overall very comfortable and reasonable cost

The pool was clean and inviting. A delightful oasis surrounded by real plants and natural light makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was included. Great stay. Thank you to all staff :)

My child's basketball team was staying here, but due to another engagement, I couldn't arrive until midnight. I called ahead to ensure I would be able to get in and the person who answered the phone was friendly and assured me I could get in. When I arrived after midnight, the night clerk was super friendly (nice after a very long day) and we had a nice chat while we were doing the paperwork. The complimentary breakfast was a notch above the usual - there were even scrambled eggs and bacon! Also, you spend a lot of time waiting around for tournaments, and I was sitting outside. One of the cleaning staff came out for her break - she also was very friendly and we had a good conversation until she had to return to work. I would have to say this hotel had the friendliest staff I've encountered for long, long time - really impressive. The room was clean and in good repair (I'm guessing this is a fairly new hotel). I liked the walk-in shower and there were lots of towels. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC wasn't noisy. My single complaint, and it's pretty minor, is all the lights (including lamps) were bright ”white light” which was a bit harsh at 12:30am. A ”yellow” light lamp would have been nice. In any case, this will definitely be the hotel I stay at on my next trip to Red Deer.

We love staying at this hotel. It is easy to access (right off highway #2) and has restaurants in walking distance. But you don’t have to walk anywhere for supper if you stay on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday as supper and drinks are provided with your stay. We love going down to the community room on these nights to sit back and relax for an hour or so and talk with the welcoming staff. There is also a great breakfast included every morning. The staff here are always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for an excellent stay for couples, families and/or business event.
