Between the "resort fee," additional taxes, and parking, be prepared to pay and additional $55 / night than what's listed. Not much going at the hotel other than an overpriced but well-decorated restaurant / bar on the first floor and a medium-sized gym. Not much within walking distance. It's on the bay, but the views or walking areas around the bay are not good. Overall, we felt this was not a good value, and could have paid a lot less while being at least as comfortable at a three-star hotel.

We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because of noise and someone that kept trying to open the middle adjoining door. Service at the restaurant downstairs was good. Overall, the front desk staff is very inaccurate and may mess up your reservation (Sending you to a double bed instead of a king), or put you in a bad room. Overall the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It's not even close to a star IMO.

A lot of misleading information. For one the view from my room was a rooftop of another floor. Had no microwave, no refrigerator. Not a fan of having to park for parking when I already paid a decent amount for the room.

Room was next to the elevator shaft at a lower level and so was very noisy all night. I barely slept. I was not allowed to switch rooms and the AC was not working well. In addition the AC panel had been removed and was just laying there (I replaced it) like a single star hotel. The Receptionist was not particularly friendly.

The front desk agent was very blunt about paying for parking. Its 30 dollars a car in a not very secure garage. I was shocked because I have stayed at this hotel before and never had to pay for parking (that I knew of). So the whole experience wasn't customer friendly at all. $60 to park in an empty garage for two cars is a rip off. Also the lights in the hallway in front of our room was flickering. It was annoying to go in and out of our room.

Nice hotel. There was banging coming from a room near ours that woke me up at 6am Sunday morning. Staff had no idea what was causing it. This was a great hotel a few years ago, but nothing like that now. Still a good place to stay though.

Hidden fees no spa had room available for early check in it was 1130 and was going to make me pay 50$ but complementary early check in is 1 for free won’t stay here again ever

Really disappointed with my last stay here. A/C didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. 30$ parking fee. $50 pet fee. Used to be a nice hotel but room felt worn and grungy
