因為有事，和店裡商量取消了訂單並重新下單，整個過程他們服務都非常有耐心，因為退款問題，店裡又幫忙打電話給攜程客服，協助解決。房間是觀景房，外面風景非常好。房間也很乾凈，舒適。店裡所有的服務人員態度都很好，給客人一種家的感覺，非常好的一次住宿體驗

酒店位於四川郎木寺景區門口，遊覽景區十分方便。房間乾淨整潔，工作人員服務熱情。頂層的觀景餐廳能夠觀賞郎木寺和紅色山體的美景，川菜廚師手藝不錯，烹飪的川菜很正宗。美中不足停車和早餐都要去旁邊的郎木寺大酒店，略感不便。

位置很好，就在四川郎木寺景區大門口，跟郎木寺大酒店是同一家。最大的特色是七樓的茶坊和餐廳可以觀看郎木寺全景。

客房乾淨明亮床品很舒適衞生細節上比當地其他酒店好（其他酒店逃來的）前台很負責入住前還讓服務員去排查房間看樣子就很正規。再也不相信所謂的排名了，那些評分根本不知道怎麼來的。早餐很好就是要去停車的那個大酒店吃，雖然衹有三五十米也覺得略有不便但那個酒店明顯是高檔酒店，總之我能接受。推薦

入住時人挺多的本來害怕房間隔音的問題怕長者睡不好，擔心是多餘房間隔音很好。而且房間衞生乾淨整潔非常奈斯。七樓是餐廳早餐菜品挺多的還有藏族奶茶。更重要的是七樓是全景餐廳，甘肅和四川的美景都可以盡收眼底。點了氂牛肉湯鍋很美味。服務態度也很奈斯的。最主要離郎木寺大峽谷售票處衹有一百米。

衞生還好，前台熱情，客房服務算滿意。
設施一般，電話與空調都有擺設，都沒有連接。温度低，這月份開地暖要加收30元。
早餐標價30元，不值，但在這高原景區之地，也罷。衹是熬煮水平差許多，提升一下就好了。
參拜郎木寺，住這裏，挺方便。
