首先要表揚服務人員非常敬業，這麼為酒店盡心盡力服務，這個評論也是為她們點讚的，但是還是要點出來不好的點，因為酒店老闆根本不懂酒店，就是純有錢做生意的人，第一:酒店窗簾為什麼雙層窗簾都拉上了，但是還是這麼亮，透光，影響睡眠！第二:空調是沒有模式的，空調衹要一開就是整棟大樓一個温度空調，真的非常熱，不能開吹風啊換氣啊什麼的，如果是關了空調又悶憋得慌，第二天起床絕對腦袋悶悶的不舒服！開着窗户又吵。第三點:被子真的很垃圾，很薄的一層，沒檔次，蓋在皮膚上都不舒服，我目前住過的酒店隨便一家160元左右的酒店被子接觸舒適度比天豪好！所以綜合來説這三點必須改善，從裝修後來看第一次入住，總體體驗不行，很明顯老闆不懂酒店，最起碼讓我感覺不舒服！但是服務人員很到位，很敬業，為你們點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

前台服務較差，在網上選的房型已付款房費，到店前台要求要交按金，我説我在網上付款時沒有顯示到店要交按金，她直接説可以投拆她，態度一副愛住不住似的，沒見過這種接待員

老豪華酒店，這個價格裏面算最優選擇了，小吃拼盤就是3包小零食。。。房間裏水給的足，不像某些酒店衹給兩瓶。。。。乾淨衞生。。。早餐也不錯。。。

住了三個晚上，切身體會是：洗浴間洗臉位置燈光太暗，不方便使用；洗浴間連掛一張毛巾的位置都沒有，也不方便！
