前台服務員小朱熱情，房間很不錯，標準間的床再大點更好了，位置很好！早餐還豐盛。遊茅台鎮和四渡赤水紀念館都很方便，步行幾百米就可以到達

房間佈局很合理，設施完整，陽台風景看着非常不錯，濃濃酒香味也讓人沒喝酒就陶醉，伙食也是特別好，前台人員都很熱情，前台小楊和Davin講解也很詳細，十分推薦。

住的花園房，實際是臨街最矮的樓層。凌晨兩點樓下的人説話也能聽到，完全休息不好，到了早上人流來了睡個回籠覺都睡不安穩。對面就是餐廳，從樓下能看到房間，窗簾全程不敢打開，餐廳的油煙味都能聞到。體驗感最差的希爾頓。

設施：國際品牌這個設施真的很拉胯，空調製冷系統有問題，房間就像蒸桑拿
衞生：這是我最想吐槽的一天，完全是打着國際連鎖的品牌讓人教智商税，地毯是從來不清洗的嘛？臟透了
環境：同樣的價格，推薦旁邊茅台酒廠店，這家完全就是一商務賓館
服務：最後我來吐槽一下服務，前台處理問題不靈活，完全體會不到服務可言，是服務員要求你做什麼？你得配合，不能提要求，因為都是不可以拒絕。特別是門口的保安，一直在盯着手機玩，對客户的問詢也是愛答不理……體驗感差極了

這是在貴州最差的一次體驗！！因為帶的長者和孩子，所以訂了最貴的酒店，沒想到早飯就是糊弄人！！早餐價值名義上是一位128元，上來的早餐盡然不是我們點的餐食，，冬季的貴州陰冷潮濕，外面下着小雨，長者點了粥，上來的粥都不是熱的！簡直是糊弄人！！酒店沒有做早飯的能力，就不要提供這項服務！！，長者孩子即沒有吃飽，更沒有沒有吃舒服！服務意識超級差勁！！！女服務員一直拉着一張臉！！有史以來第一次給差評！實再讓人生氣！！

很舒適的住宿體驗。預訂的河景房，房間很新，整整齊齊，景觀也很值得，夜晚看萬家燈火，白天看赤水河畔生機勃勃，睡覺都捨不得拉窗簾。
酒店的餐廳露台是賞景吹風的好去處，恰逢中秋，預訂了一個128元的賞月套餐，有小吃水果，還有紅酒和蟹，小風一吹，巴適得很。
酒店服務也是加分，從前台到餐廳都很用心。那天前台負責接待的有Cecilia和Mia，服務熱情，有求必應，還有我叫不上名字的幾位餐廳小姐姐，也是兢兢業業時刻關注客户需求。臨走前還收穫了月餅、飲料、餅乾等小禮物，茅台之行收穫滿滿。
