服務態度太差 掉了一張房卡而已 5塊錢的成本居然要扣我50塊按金 真的差 差到了極致 説房卡掉了的時候 那個前台説的那些話就跟我們不給50塊就不給我們開房門一樣 這是我住過酒店以來最差的一家

很差。特別是隔音，隔壁喝酒聊天到五六點，打前台電話沒得人接。衞生更差，房間一層灰，對面的雞還不停地打鳴。而且衞生間沒有門！上廁所都不方便。

體驗感極差，出門打車一點都不方便，酒店門還是壞的，窗簾也是壞的，窗户還很不隔音，白天晚上都很吵，根本休息不好 ，一進門看到椅子像沒打掃過一樣，超市馬桶也很臟根本不敢上廁所，還有拖鞋也很臭，燒熱水燙過也很大一股臭味，臭到廁所門沒關躺在床上都能聞到拖鞋的臭味，關鍵是洗臉池還漏水，一洗漱地上一灘水，晚上休息鏡子燈的開關也很亮。

極差的體驗，這家仁懷躍頓雅緻酒店就是一家**，我提前一天網上定好了，他們也確認接單了，等我們晚上快10店到店，前台小妹居然説沒有這個房間了，還説事先給我打電話聯繫不上，拜託，我手機24小時開機，而且信號也不差，也沒有未接來電，衹收到一個去哪兒的入住確定，你這個叫聯繫不上？是不是那天去茅台旅遊的人多，看到我預先訂的便宜點，也就便宜21元,想反悔了？然後訂給後面的人？關鍵是前台小妹説現在訂是141元，也就是我取消了又重新定貴的？那這個**去哪兒網還有什麼信譽可言？仁懷躍頓雅緻酒店你還有什麼誠信可言？最可笑的是在我們據理力爭之後，這個前台小妹看我們比較強硬，喊我們不要鬧，給我們按照預訂的開房間。。太可笑了，明明網上定好了，商家也確認了，到店了卻住不了，也沒有事先通知一下，都這麼晚了，難道我們還要露宿街頭？真的是氣不過，你明明有房間，我網上也定好，你自己也接單了，看到現在客人多，就想把之前稍微優惠點訂閲的取消，有這麼做生意的嗎？而且前台小妹説話也極度難聽，態度傲慢，大家以後去仁懷，茅台旅遊千萬不要訂這家沒有誠信，缺乏商業道德的仁懷躍頓雅緻酒店。而且房間環境也差，有多久沒打掃了，座位這些都是濕漉漉的，不知道是哪裡漏水了。去哪兒網，你都不審核一下你的商家的資質嗎？

茶葉不知道放了多久了，吹風機很多灰塵，床單上面和牆面也很臟，最主要的是你你定的30個平方輕奢的給你開的卻是20平方的，坑人，還有就是沒有消防通道，消防通道不合格，這個我還要舉報他們。
