Hotel was so dirty They showers was broken I call front desk they said someone came but nobody came they room smells 🤮

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I want to start this review, which I seldom do, by stating that I have stayed in La Quinta Hotels by Wyndham many times as I am a business professional who travels regularly and they are usually quite nice . This was, I hope, an exception as I am considering never staying at another @wyndhamlaquintahotels ever again! We booked a 4 night stay to visit some friends. When we arrived late that evening, our room was DISGUSTING!!! The linens looked like they had been soiled by homeless people and just watched without bleach, if they were washed at all! The room absolutely STUNK like urine and the TV did not work but this wasn't the worst thing. The restroom had not been cleaned and had piles of hair as if someone had recently cut their hair in the room!!! There were ***** hairs on the toilet and in the bath. Needless to say, we did not bathe that night! We called the front desk that night and the following morning but never got an answer. The next morning, we had to use the stained towels and soap to clean the restroom so that we could bathe. We went to the front desk and spoke with a woman, or should I say LIAR, by the name of Isha who said she would get us another room by 2:30pm that day but we had plans to be visiting friends for the day so let them know we would be back later. We returned that evening to get our new room keys only to be told that they had no available rooms. We asked if our room had, at least, been cleaned and the clerk said he did not know. We entered the same room with the same foul stench of death, the towels that we used sitting where we left them and the bed unmade. We were tired from the days activities and decided to leave in the morning. When we went to the front desk the following morning, I spoke with lying Isha who very kindly said she was "sorry for our inconvenience and", LYING TO OUR FACES, that she "would provide us with a refund." When Trip.com reached out to her, she LIED AGAIN, stating that she never said that. We then called her again the next day and confronted her about her saying she would refund us, she changed her story saying that "the management was handling." THEY CHARGED US FOR THE 4 DAY STAY EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY STAYED 2 IN FLOPHOUSE CONDITIONS!!! This woman is a disgrace and this location is unworthy of the name of Wyndham!!! Best believe, I am going to be taking this directly to the corporate offices of Wyndham shortly to make them aware of the slummy location and their unethical staff. If this is not resolved, I may start a class action suit against this location. If anyone else has a similar story, we can get them to pay us what they owe us plus damages!!! *****************

This place was absolutely disgusting. I checked in and went to the room notices there was no lock on the door and the room was dirty. Went back to the front desk asked for a different room. This one was even dirtier then the first. Ask for a refund and checked out. Was there for maybe a total of 15 minutes. Hopefully getting a refund on the room. Hence I was only there for 15 minutes and checked into a different hotel.

Never again. They let someone whom I am divorcing And have restraining order on into my room and the person also had no form of identification. Smh be carful.

There was a hair on the pillow, TV was broken, like screen completely shot. Everything was old. I’m not picky, but this was a rough stay. It’s a motel with outside doors, so I bolted my door. There wasn’t anywhere to plug in my phone next to my bed. And what plugs I found were loose. I had to charge my phone off my computer overnight. I don’t usually stay in a place that is rated less than an 8.5, not sure how I ended up booking this one. But Hey, you CAN walk to the airport from here.

This place was dirty, noisy, and extremely dated. The toilet leaked, and the bathroom seemed like it was full of mold. I would never stay here again, or recommend it to anybody.

The room was recently renovated which made it very nice. The room was spacious and clean, but the bed had only one thin blanket and the heater was quite noisy. It was difficult finding a place to go eat within walking distance.

Not a great place to stay, even for one night. Dirty, not in the safest part of town for kids, smoking rooms felt like I was trying to rest in an ashtray. Continental breakfast was extremely limited options, not enough to actually eat either.

We stayed here as we passed by to another destination. It was a bed to sleep in. The office to check in had a potent small of stale bleach. The guy at desk was watching some activity in the parking lot via cameras. He greeted me with “are you scared?” Which was a little concerning. I wasn’t scared/worried until he said that. If my husband wasn’t with me (he was in the car) I would have left and found another place to sleep.

Poor condition: ripped carpet, broken closet handle and door, worn dirty looking sheets, room didn't feel clean, smelled weird, in desperate need of repair/remodel and upgrades

The bed did not have a blanket, only two sheets. I only noticed this late at night, so didn't complain.

Completely unkept. Common area was severely littered including thousands of cigarette butts in areas.. rotten apples and tomatoes on the walkway. Room was dirty, shower with mold and bathtub with dirt residue covering entire tub. Entire property was littered and unkept

The only thing I was not pleased with was the front desk lady that works nights. She was not very pleasant and kind of snobby.
