DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I want to start this review, which I seldom do, by stating that I have stayed in La Quinta Hotels by Wyndham many times as I am a business professional who travels regularly and they are usually quite nice . This was, I hope, an exception as I am considering never staying at another @wyndhamlaquintahotels ever again! We booked a 4 night stay to visit some friends. When we arrived late that evening, our room was DISGUSTING!!! The linens looked like they had been soiled by homeless people and just watched without bleach, if they were washed at all! The room absolutely STUNK like urine and the TV did not work but this wasn't the worst thing. The restroom had not been cleaned and had piles of hair as if someone had recently cut their hair in the room!!! There were ***** hairs on the toilet and in the bath. Needless to say, we did not bathe that night! We called the front desk that night and the following morning but never got an answer. The next morning, we had to use the stained towels and soap to clean the restroom so that we could bathe. We went to the front desk and spoke with a woman, or should I say LIAR, by the name of Isha who said she would get us another room by 2:30pm that day but we had plans to be visiting friends for the day so let them know we would be back later. We returned that evening to get our new room keys only to be told that they had no available rooms. We asked if our room had, at least, been cleaned and the clerk said he did not know. We entered the same room with the same foul stench of death, the towels that we used sitting where we left them and the bed unmade. We were tired from the days activities and decided to leave in the morning. When we went to the front desk the following morning, I spoke with lying Isha who very kindly said she was "sorry for our inconvenience and", LYING TO OUR FACES, that she "would provide us with a refund." When Trip.com reached out to her, she LIED AGAIN, stating that she never said that. We then called her again the next day and confronted her about her saying she would refund us, she changed her story saying that "the management was handling." THEY CHARGED US FOR THE 4 DAY STAY EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY STAYED 2 IN FLOPHOUSE CONDITIONS!!! This woman is a disgrace and this location is unworthy of the name of Wyndham!!! Best believe, I am going to be taking this directly to the corporate offices of Wyndham shortly to make them aware of the slummy location and their unethical staff. If this is not resolved, I may start a class action suit against this location. If anyone else has a similar story, we can get them to pay us what they owe us plus damages!!! *****************

This place was absolutely disgusting. I checked in and went to the room notices there was no lock on the door and the room was dirty. Went back to the front desk asked for a different room. This one was even dirtier then the first. Ask for a refund and checked out. Was there for maybe a total of 15 minutes. Hopefully getting a refund on the room. Hence I was only there for 15 minutes and checked into a different hotel.

Never again. They let someone whom I am divorcing And have restraining order on into my room and the person also had no form of identification. Smh be carful.

Bath drain so full of human hair you could see that water would not drain. Water controls not working properly. Floor corners in bathroom were filthy. Tv didnt work and neither did the phone. Beds completely worn out. And there were BEDBUGS!!! I LEFT.

This is absolutely the most disgusting place. Not sure when it was last cleaned. The room is filthy. Completely filthy. Dirty stained sheets, down to the mattress pad. I asked for new sheets and changed the bed myself. Dirt EVERYWHERE. Even the actual pillows are yellow and stained. The bathroom light flicks off and on like a disco ball. The tub is dirty. I’m can’t even express well just how disgusted I am ESPECIALLY for the price I’m paying for this room. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Absolutely disgusting. Photo of tub attached. I think the cleaning crew simply change the sheets, put a new bar of soap on the sink, and leave. Phone did not work. Clock did not work. Microwave did not work. Had not been vacuumed. Food scraps under bedside table. Prior guest's bar of soap still on ledge in shower. Grimy/scuffed walls. Moldy curtains. Scuffs, damage, etc. throughout room. Just terrible.

Poor service. We were promised towels and they were never brought. Told front desk clerk that we were promised and he said he would make sure they were delivered but NONE ever got delivered. Someone needs to be held accountable. After THREE times requesting towels we gave up!

Filthy. I served in the United States Peace Corps and lived in a West African bush village in a mud house with no water, electicity, toilet, or shower. This hotel room was absolutely disgusting and La Quinta Corporation should be ashamed this facility carries its name.

The nastiest motel in Reno. Bloody spit/phlegm on door, no light when you walk in, carpet needed vaccum, sink dirty, kleenex box had beard hair on it and was half way opened, they stuck kleenex back in box, dirty black towels, tub black dirt, corn flakes and toilet paper floating in tub in 6 inches of water, no lighting when I walked into room, lamp needed to be replaced...lamp finally replaced at 11 pm. Was a nightmare.. and couldnt even take a shower in the morning. Don't let the pic posted fool you...it's filthy.

Every was good except for more pillows. Continental breakfast needed to add more items to the menu. Very quiet place to stay. Lots of spaces near the airport and the freeways. Close to all the casinos and restaurants in the area. The room had all of the accommodations.

This place is awful. Toilet doesn’t work properly, bathtub doesn’t drain, mold in the grout. Stains in the carpet near the nightstand, clothes rack coming off wall in closet. Had to physically move the mini fridge so the power for the microwave would reach an outlet. The wi-fi isn’t secure. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. Was supposed to stay two nights, got up early the next morning and checked out.
