Instead of a room with a garden and pool view, I was given a room without a view. I had to discuss the issue with the front desk manager.
Elevators are inadequate
There is not enough space by the pool, it is booked in advance.

The room perfectly renovated with a perfect view but the temperature with the air conditioning on maximum was between 27 & 29 degrees The mini bar had no cooling at all When I complained they told me it is not a fridge ironically at the reception and after a technician found it it was not fixed until we left The room had a coffee maker as a provision in the price but we were charged at the end for the coffee in a 5 star hotel with an expensive price per night The elevator had no air conditioning and was a gas chamber up to the 17th floor where we were staying The hotel super market charged me an extra 10 minutes the pack of cigarettes I bought because he doesn't give by card as he told me and showed me a handwritten note Generally 70-80s mentality which in no way justifies his charge

Fabulous holiday with friends. Stayed for 4 nights, our rooms were on the 7th floor. They were very nice, but I believe the higher floors have been refurbished. There were no USB chargers, so take your adaptors. We had a garden view, which was peaceful. No tea or coffee in rooms, this had to be ordered through roomservice. The staff in the piano bar, Kostas and Petros, made our evenings very memorable, they made us feel special and very welcome. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, although it could have been hotter, even if we were early. The hotel staff were very friendly, hotel spotless and a great location to explore the island.

I was dubious after reading the reviews. However, I need not have worried as when we checked in and got to our room, it was gorgeous! Spacious, as there were 3 of us sharing a room, there's always a worry that it's going to be cramped. It was definitely not the case! The staff were lovely, Leonidas, one of the head waiters, was brilliant! He was a joy to see every day. When it came to the food, the members of the catering team had their own food sections, which they looked after, and you could tell just by seeing them work, they really cared about their job. Our poor attempt at learning greek was well received by the staff, and they were more than happy to teach us more greek and help us with the pronouncing of words. Everywhere was really clean and tidy. Perfectly located to get into Rhodes town in less than 10 minutes. There were some lovely German people holidaying at the same time, so my daughter was able to practice her German, which was lovely to see. The rooms were kept really clean and tidy. The hotel wasn't full when we were there, so not all restaurants were open. But the food we had was really good and varied. They even cater well to vegetarians. There's a little shop on site too, which is very handy. It was right on the beach and so the sunsets were beautiful. All in all, fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and food. Luca was very enthusiastic and entertaining. He made sure we were all having fun and made everyone laugh. The drivers were also very friendly and polite and the entertainment was brilliant every night.

Walk into the hotel bar and you're greeted by Petros, the bar manager, who's always ready with a smile and a welcoming vibe. Then there's Kosta, the friendly bartender who's a master at crafting the perfect cocktail and striking up a conversation. Together, they create a cozy spot where every drink comes with a side of friendliness and hospitality. My girlfriend and I have enjoyed coming to the piano bar every evening for a drink before dinner because of how lovely and friendly everyone is. Petros, Kosta and the team have made our evening every night and never fail to disappoint, ensuring our snacks are always fresh and our drinks are always full.

It's very nice for humans from North-Western Europe during this time of year. And doing aquagym with the Entertainment Team and our blind delegation is LEGENDARY! And of course the food & drink! We enjoyed the all-inclusive arrangement. I got at least one extra plate every meal. :D AND COCKTAILS It's the first time for me in Paradise. And yes, Paradise has a dark side to it. Also, war & terrorism are unfortunately never far away in the digital phone age. Nonetheless, I would recommend this to anyone who can handle a little drama. It's worth it!

It was not a bad hotel but it was definitely not like any 5 star hotel I have stayed in before, the pictures do not show what the room will actually look like unless you are paying the extra money for a nicer room, you will get a very outdated room. We had lots of issues with the safe not locking and the air conditioning leaking causing pools of water in our room and the balcony door did not lock wich made me feel unsafe as a young woman abroad. The food was ok although it was definitely reused from previous nights, and the cocktails came out of a machine unless once again you wanted to pay extra for nice ones, even though when paying all inclusive I assumed that would’ve mean all was included but that was definetly not the case. The pools where very nice and some of the sun beds where lovely however unless you are willing to wake up at 6am to bag one you wont be able to get a sun bed at all unless you are willing to sit on a broken one. The location was really nice overlooking the beach and there was a lovely ***** of shops and restaurants however if you want to stay in this area I would definetly stay at one of the other hotels along that ***** as they where much nicer looking.
