"The hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool."

"The restaurant breakfast is good 😋 We have a car parking lot 🅿️ ~ the isolation car crashed, but the hotel 🏨 did not help the follow-up. The staff said that they would help the cctv, but in the end, it was not enough, which made me very disappointed."

"We spent 3 nights at the Belair Hotel with breakfast included. On the first night we received a small room of 10-12 m2 with a sea view, even though I had booked a room of 22 m2 (standard room on Trip.com). The next day, the reception without any problems suggested changing the room to a larger one. The rooms are quite modernly decorated in a holiday style with a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The hotel has 2 swimming pools. In July at 10 there were no more free sun loungers. Instead of going to the swimming pool, I recommend going to the beach for the whole day - the best one is 30 m from the hotel (next to the Rhodes Palace hotel - an underground passage right next to the Rhodes Palace sign). We were offered to change towels once every two days. During the season, the hotel offers evening attractions in front of the hotel bar right next to a busy street. There are two supermarkets under the hotel where you can buy from food to souvenirs. Breakfast was good, not much choice and quite monotonous. The service from the cleaners to the reception desk is nice and communicates in English. There are bus stops in front of the hotel, with buses taking you to/from the airport and the center of Rhodes. Tickets must be purchased at the supermarket next to the hotel. Despite a few inconveniences, I rate the hotel a strong 4/5."

"Breakfast at this hotel was redundant. Hotel is not on the beach and breakfast is quite greasy along with the other food that upset my stomach. Another major problem with this hotel is that they don't have blankets in the room they have one sheet and had I not had my blankets I would have frozen to death. I don't like the fact that they charge you to use the safe and they charge you €5 per state to use a towel which is ridiculous. The people are friendly enough but I would not stay here again."

"Lovely hotel with good food/drinks. I came as a young solo female traveller and was made to feel very comfortable by everyone at the hotel and even got an upgraded room on the highest floor which felt very safe. Would definitely come back."

"The room was large and beautiful, but there should be a television, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing sponge in the room. And the water from the bathroom was coming out. Other than that, its location and proximity to the sea was very nice."
