I've been staying at this hotel at least once a month since 2019 and lately waking up at 8am has been recurring with the maids talking loudly in front of the rooms, personal conversations, laughter, using the phone, etc. I have complained on previous occasions and nothing is done, a total lack of respect for the guests and in my case, I come for work and I have a night shift, I have to wake up early, because they want to chat, there are 2 to 3 maids chatting until someone opened the door and shouted to keep quiet, yesterday it was a guest who complained and today it was me. The breakfast is great, but if you go for breakfast after 9:30 you're lucky, in two days I couldn't eat scrambled eggs, as I was making them, replacement was slow or non-existent, there was no sugar, no spoon, disastrous, while That's the hotel staff at the counter drinking their coffee (that's not uncomfortable and it's right), what's most annoying is that no one notices, they don't even look to the side to see if everything is ok.
