Absolutely disgusting room. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Every surface felt disgusting. No blanket or pillow for my son to sleep on the fild out couch and when he tried to pull it out, there was garbage under it. Blanket and pillows in the main bedroom smelled like stale cigarettes. We just got in from a flight and it was 1 AM or we woudl have demanded a refund and ttied to find something else. I would have been ashamed for anyone to see that room.

Started off having to wait half hour to even see someone behind the counter, luckily the bathrooms weren’t locked, once someone came was extremely slow adder another 20min or so I got my key and am headed up. No way this is a 450sqft and confirm on separate search and saw Adverrised 280aqft. The dumpster is over-flowing. There’s trackers blowing stuff up out back and not fireworks like actually bombs. With all that said the rules are… let’s say bent at times

I liked that the room had a kitchen. It allowed me to rest and make a meal. Thanks for the kitchen equipment.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The service was good. But there was a hotel guest who was obviously under the influence of something who kept interrupting my check in. That is not the hotels fault but it was off putting. My room was cold when I got in. I turned on the heater but after an hour I realized the heater was not working. The fan worked but there was no heat. I mentioned this to the front desk the next morning and they supplied a space heater. There was a burn hole on the sheet on the bed. The towels were thin and not soft. The room was dusty. Especially the shelves in the bathroom. The office chair and recliner both showed extreme wear and was missing the vinyl on most of the seat. The bathtub did not work, there was no plug. Overall it felt very run down and neglected. I have used this hotel on my business trips to Minneapolis for over 20 years but after this visit I need to take it off the list of places to stay. It just didn’t feel welcoming or comfortable.

Employees were great but the rooms were dirty stains on walls, floors, appliances, sheets were dirty. If it was cleaned a bit better it would have been nice.

It was great to be able to stay somewhere that we had a fridge and stovetop as we had booked for 4 nights. When we checked in our room, there were toys leftover on the office chair and the bed looked like it wasnt freshly made. Not the cleanest room...

They charge me $25 to get in the back room two hours early and five dollars for parking in the parking lot overnight. Both of which I’ve never experienced before.

The price is too high for the experience. It's fine, comfy bed not too loud. Cheaper hotels in the same area
