I paid for two nights. Was checked out by housekeeping the morning after night one and my belonging collected from the room and moved. Well except my meds. Which were stolen. When I came back after work that night I find my key doesn’t work. So the front desk resets it for me. Guess what? I opened the door to a room someone else had checked into and my stuff was gone. I go back to the desk they have no explanation. And when proceed to put me in a double room much smaller than what I was in. And gave no discount. No refund. Barely a sorry. Terrible stay. Will never stay here again.

Upon arrival coming from out of state making it in at 2am we were harassed about a pet fee for the day of the booking which we were not even there for and then were told in a extremely rude and aggressive manner that we eiukd gave to pay 25$ per day otherwise we would have to leave. I booked the reservation through ******* and was not aware of ghusextra rxoense. On top of that there was no laundry machines that worked, broken pool, no gym, vending machines empty, breakfast horrible old and hard muffins and our room was never cleaned. When asking for clean towels since our room wasn't maintenance we were told we'd have to wait until the next day and find the maid! The elevator stopped while I was in it. Horrible horrible horrible and rude staff

Pool was closed but no way of knowing. Once checked in no way to get our money back. Rooms were loud and smelled like smoke. Just didnt enjoy it at all waste of time and money. Won't go back! Guy at the counter was very polite

Batteries were dead in TV remote. Called front desk and was told they didn't have any and to just change channels on tv itself. Heat unit controls were wonky. Thermostat turned all the way up yet barely kept the room warm. Output vent broken & missing. Someone easily could've stuck their hands inside unit and gotten hurt. Other than that was a clean room with comfortable bed.

There were a lot of hiding fees. They had none of the amenities that they said they offered available. Rude customer services.

No mention on ******* site the pool was shut down, this is why we chose this hotel. Very disappointing

No one was at the desk when we arrived. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check us in. Otherwise checkin was great. There were questionable stains in the shower curtain, blood, rust, who knows. There was a hole in the bathroom door that was about fist size. Kind felt like a “No tell Motel”. Way too much light pollution. Need better curtains and a sweep on the bottom of the door. The outside of the building looks great so hopefully the renovations will bring it to a better condition.
