Hotel is very conveniently located, next to the mall and central station, minutes walk to the bus station, central market and old town. Check in was perfect and helpful with city map provided. Kettle, cups, sachet tea and coffee are provided, shampoo, hand soap, tissue paper, shower cap were provided in the bathroom. Would be good if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner. Sadly, the power plugs at the desk does not fit a travel adaptor and there are no usb ports. The single bed was right next to the curtain and a mirror is right in front of the bed, very weird room design. There’s a safe deposit box in the room. Do remember to bring your own slippers as no room slippers are provided.

We went to Riga for leisure and to participate in the Riga marathon. Despite the fact, that the hotel was fully booked, the whole stay went over really smoothly and without a single worry. The rooms were spacious and nice, the breakfast good and the real star of our stay was Ilvars from lobby bar, who catered to all of our weird requests. It was really kind of the staff to let our friends use the morning sauna and showers after the marathon at approx. 3pm despite the fact that the check-out was actually at 12. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the old town and parks. It was really nice to go for a walk after breakfast and reach for needed stuff during the day. Thanks to the change the hotel that is so close, we managed to do a lot of sightseeing and take breaks in-between at the hotel with the total distance walked during the days being close to 25-30 kilometers. Very good quality, as always! rooms are nice and clean, service always polite. Just small thing this time - as I was participating the Riga marathon, which start was at 8am, the breakfast could have been started as an exception a bit earlier maybe, or some runner package would have been nice.

Well, the rooms was quite good, cleaning good, beds to. When we booked, we signed that we wanted hotel with breakfast. Something got wrong so when we arrived, a really non-serviceminded man in the 30's told us that we had not breakfast included. He was not very nice and didn't seem to know what service is. He could for example say: "I'm sorry, you have not booked breakfast, but we can arrange that". Instead he had a bad behaviour and the most important for him seemed to be that he was right. We had breakfast (and payed 18 Euro/person) the first day. Really expensive and not something we wanted to do more, so the next days we found a place nearby where the staff was lovely. Good location of the hotel, and except that bossy man the staff was very nice.

At the hotel was nice service, very beautiful room, actually quite funny view from wondows because there was a construction site but it wasn't bothered us. Movie channels with my language subtitles and very variable and delicious breakfast.

I was greeted by very nice people at reception. The hotel room was large, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the cocktails in the lobby bar are also prepared by excellent masters! The location of the hotel is also excellent and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. :)

Very nice surprise to find such great level of service and nice design for quite reasonable amount of money in the very center of the city. Very clean, good location, nice people around. quiet sleep, great bed. Breakfast was very good indeed. nice to start a day from such hotel!
