"Everything is reachable in the old town by foot. It's not advisable to arrive by own car as there is a huge construction site opposite the narrow street and no doormen. A permission for public parking in the area they sell for 30 euro per night. Take your key when going out late. Reception might not be manned. Restaurant only offers convenience food."

"There was a really loud party happening on the 8th floor. We were on the 6th floor, and the vibrations were so strong our child couldn't sleep. We complained to the front desk, but they just told us we had to put up with it until 10 PM and did nothing to help. We put the 'make up room' sign on our door handle and left at 11 AM, but by 6 PM, nothing had been done. After we complained, someone finally came, but the cleaning was sloppy. The front desk staff even implied it was our fault, suggesting we hadn't requested the cleaning by the hotel's 2 PM deadline."

"The beautiful hotel is in the heart of the city, in a distance from the station and from the bus station. The hotel has everything, a refrigerator, a stove, very convenient if you come for a few days with your family. The only thing that cleaning apartments happens once a week is , it is little, but if you ask the staff, they are very responsive and will solve all the questions . I stop not the first time and very satisfied. Every time there are some innovations- recently opened spa and good prices for procedures, and if you want you can order breakfast with delivery of €12 good enough breakfast. I recommend"

"I have travelled to more than one hundred countries and stayed in numerous hotels. Neiburgs is one of my favorites. It is located just behind the Riga Cathedral and is convenient to the old town sites. It has a very good restaurant attached to the hotel. Highly recommended its fish/seafood soup. Particular thanks to the restaurant staff Armands and Andris for their courtesy and professionalism."
