Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town

Booked King room with sofa bed so we have a place to chill but when we entered the room there was no sofa bed at all. We asked the staff at the reception about it and she told us that it was not set up because there's only 2 of us and it will only be placed if we request to put it inside the room. The staff was unhelpful and almost rude so we didn't bother to argue anymore. My point is that the sofa bed should be there even if we don't request it because the booking was king room with sofa bed. They didn't even bother to tell us beforehand that there was no sofa bed inside the room upon check in.

This lovely hotel located in the old town, walking distance to most of the tourist sights. They had laundry facility at level 4 with a payment of EUR 4.50. There had lot of cafes and restaurants around them. Room size is big and clean. Stable free wifi connections.

Was one of the best locations in Riga old town for a hotel, easy to walk to central station and Le town is on your doorstep. Room was clean, had a laundry to use but unfortunately it was locked when we went to use it!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is absolutely perfect — right behind the House of the Blackheads, making it very easy to explore Riga’s Old Town on foot. The area felt safe and comfortable, which was especially important to me as a solo traveler. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but sufficient. Being so close to the main sights made exploring Riga very convenient. Overall, a comfortable, clean and well-located hotel in the heart of the Old Town. 🇱🇻✨

Room size is good. Plenty of space. Great location just next to the opd town and not far from bus station. Quiet environment Breakfast is average. Staffs are very friendly.

Overall experience was great, the service was good. The hotel located in the city center, 3-5 mins can reach anywhere
