The guy at the front desk did worse than kick me out.He shouted incredibly loudly really early before my check out around 6:30am.i stayed countless hotel, never had this kind of experience.I am aure whole hotel people hear the noise in the morning how he shouted me. He said i need to pay city tax, i said ok but why u didnt tell me when i did checkin i stayed there two days, i asked to him to be fast because i had a ticket , almost miss my train. he started to shout me and atarted to swear, unbelieveble. how this hotel allowed to work this kond of rude person to work.i am working travel agency, i will follow this situation with the up. i pis this hotel and someone without any reason swearing and shouting at me. i feel he almost to beat me. all the camera recorded i am sure.i have a time and everyting , if i am not wrong his name is Pietro something like this tall guy,17th of september in the morning after 6am.hopefully hotel manager follow up this situation.

It's the second time that we have spent our holydays in this hotel. We stayed at the last floor , in a room with sea view, comfortable and clean. I don't know where to begin. The hotel is pet friendly, with the access to the Rimini Dog beach. The breakfast was fantastic! But what makes this hotel so special is the frendliness of the staff!

Great place to stay for a night. Kids loved the pool. Onsite parking for a small fee. Across the street from the beach and a nice walk to the centre of town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay when visiting Rimini! The hotel is located in the heart of Rimini...all around you have plenty of restaurants and shops. Out the back door of hotel you are directly at the beach! You can ask at hotel front desk to rent an umbrella and beach beds for you. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and you can see the ocean also from the breakfast room. Breakfast was really great, they have a big buffet where you can have the tipical italian breakfast with cake and cappuccino or also international breakfast with eggs, bacon, vegetables, fruit....Parking places and a swimming pool are a plus for this hotel! Great staff!

Worst, super rude night administrator here,we were super late to our flight but he said we have to wait till 7:00 am Common should we miss our flight
Room was paid. We just need pay for coffee. So we left more then enough and left!
About hotel: u feel springs in the mattress which make u sleep uncomfortable. Pillow is so hard.
Room was clean, walking distance to restaurants and sea

In short, I really like the hotel, I come back again! I visited twice. The hotel is located on the main tourist road with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. If you go out of the back door, you go directly to the beach right across the street. The family / staff are all very friendly and seem to always work hard all the time. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, air conditioning and TV which is good and is kept very clean like all hotels. Very continental breakfast with rolls, cheese, meat etc. But really filling out and the staff again here is good. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable hotel in a good location, this is the one for you. I visited when the main season was over and they still maintain high and great standards. I will return for sure.

Consiglio questo hotel per la sua posizione direttamente sul mare e per la cordialità del personale. Ampio parcheggio, piscina e camere pulite. La colazione abbondante e molta attenzione alle normative anticovid. Torneremo sicuramente la prossima estate

Personale gentile,cordiale e disponibile. Camera con vista mare ampia è abbastanza pulita,a parte i capelli nella doccia. Un po’ vecchiotta ma ne vale solo per la vista. Colazione abbondante e buona,torte fatte in casa,cornetti e anche una vasta scelta di salato. Succhi di frutta c’e un distributore automatico ma direi di evitare perché sono moooolto allungati con acqua. Il problema grande è che ci sono sempre piatti,posate,bicchieri,tazzine sporchi!!! Ampio parcheggio interno a pagamento per il costo di 10€ al giorno,un po’ eccessivo per il posto in cui è. Il cane costa 15€ al giorno,troppo!!! Sono stata in hotel 5 stelle in cui costava uguale …. Non ci tornerei. Peccato perché posizione e personale sono davvero ottimi. Abbiamo fatto mezza pensione,la cena non la servono lì,ma in un ristorante lì vicino..la ragazza alla reception ci aveva avvisati di arrivare puntuale alle 19.30. Siamo arrivati alle 19.35 e siamo stati subito ripresi 😂😂 ci hanno dato un menu diverso da quello di tutti gli altri clienti che non facevano parte dell’hotel in cui si poteva scegliere due sole portate. Bevande escluse ovviamente. Comunque abbastanza buono. Ma non ci tornerei in ogni caso solo x come si pongono visto che non siamo stati loro clienti diretti.

Bilderna på hotell är överdrivna,poolen funkar men absolut inte lika fint som bilderna är om hotellet.
