Major Safety Hazard: A loose BRICK was placed under the bed to support a broken frame! Security Risk: The balcony door lock was completely broken, posing an extreme risk with young kids in the room. Substandard Facilities: Broken AC for 5 nights, filthy bathroom with broken tiles, and no replenishment of basic amenities like soap or toilet paper. Billing Issues: The hotel tried to overcharge city tax on departure contrary to official Rimini regulations. Full photo and video evidence has been submitted to customer support. Avoid this hotel"

"We were passing through on our way home to Germany from Puglia. I chose the hotel because it offered a room for four people near the motorway at a very good price. The reception staff were very friendly. We had room 104. The room was perfectly adequate for sleeping, with a nice, new bathroom and a large balcony. Even in April, it was completely quiet there. We slept well and then continued our journey."

"The spacious and fragrant room, the balcony with 2 chairs and an ashtray, the bathroom with a super huge shower, and in general the products that were in the bathroom. The breakfast with an excellent choice between sweet and savory, my partner and I loved the scrambled eggs with cheese! I tried the mini strudels and the brioches and they were delicious. The staff was simply perfect, even Mrs. Anna was perfect, the girl who does the massages had magic hands. WE RECOMMEND!"

"Booked the room with private jaquzzi, the main door to the room is for the jaquzzi that doesn't lock so kept finding people in the jaquzzi when it should be private asked daily to get a key to lock the door or put a sign private but they didn't, first thing we saw was another guest washing her son's feet in the jaquzzi I asked to change the water and they did but didn't clean it well so it was full of sand anyway, even at 1am kept finding people coming in, also sink tap doesn't open, rain shower next to the jaquzzi doesn't work also, normal shower have to hold the shower head in hand and holder is broken, booked this hotel to relax ax a family but just slept and had breakfast only used jaquzzi once since it had sand daily in it, not worth it at all"

"Stayed for two nights. The room was relatively large on the first night, with a standard width of 0.9m. There were two terraces, one of which was close to the road. The road was full of restaurants, shops, bars, and cars, and it was the main road. As you can imagine, it was very noisy, and it was still noisy in the middle of the night. I asked to change rooms the next day, and the girl was very nice the day before. She gave me a room next door. The room was small, with a single bed that was rare in Europe at 1.2m, but it was still close to the road, and sensitive people would still feel that the room was noisy. I asked to change again, but was told that there was only a large bed, so I moved to the innermost room with a sofa bed. The service was good, probably because winter is the off-season."

"Five days "locked up" to organize the next 2024. Comfortable and very quiet hotel. The only flaw is that the meeting room is a little too small. Rooms not huge but clean and quiet. Very nice bathroom. High level cuisine with fair portions. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and extremely helpful staff."
