Chegamos ao local tranquilamente pelo waze. Recepção bem ruim. Não tivemos uma apresentação do lugar. A recepcionista se limitou a nos levar a suíte, apenas. Não precisava ser simpática, mas pelo menos nos mostrar o local. A suíte (Champagne), mesmo sendo uma das mais em conta deveria ser mais cuidada. Tem seu ponto alto no banheiro. Pé direito enorme, boa entrada de luz, amenities, roupões, chinelinhos e etc. Chuveiro difícil (gelado ou escaldante). O resto, sofrível. Instalação bem velha, chão range ao andar e à noite não consegui dormir com o barulho de bichos andando pelo forro do telhado. TV não é smart. Piscina bonita, mas não usamos pois estava chovendo no dia. O restaurante foi bom. Segue em outra avaliação.

O lugar é bem bonito, achamos com facilidade com Waze. O quarto foi Pinot Noir, estava bem arrumado. Não fizeram a decoração solicitada. Mas tudo bem, isso foi o de menos. O serviço do restaurante, assim como a comida foram otimos. Garçons, garçonetes não tenho o que reclamar. O que deixou a desejar foi a recepção. Não houve muita simpatia no atendimento, assim como não houve nenhuma conferencia de documentação minha com a reserva. Somente citei meu nome. E também, não houve apresentação da propria que nos recepcionou. No mais o lugar e bom, vallet etc

A Localização todos já sabem que é no meio do mato. Bem aconchegante. Fui no aniversário do meu marido. Adoramos e estamos tentando voltar para pernoite no meu aniversário, porém a reserva é muito difícil. Nunca tem vaga. A comida é maravilhosa! Restaurante alta gastronomia.

Estive com quase 20 pessoas na casa, pedi uma mesinha para aparar uns certificados. Ouvi da gerente que eu deveria pagar 150,00 pela mesa. Depois, acabou oferecendo, porque eu disse : puxa, eu trago 20 pessoas e vocês querem me cobrar? Além disso, hoje, estou pedindo por favor que respondam o whatsapp , e não tenho retorno. Nunca mais volto.
