Sadly stayed in a room with maintenance issues that made sleeping impossible the first night of our stay. We were not able to switch rooms until the afternoon of the second day of our stay. We were advised a manager would review the situation and reach out to discuss a partial refund due to the exceptionally poor room condition, but no one reached out. We even left message on the mangers voicemail with a summary of the situation and our contact info, but still did not receive a response. The hotel itself was beautiful, but we will not be back due to the poor customer service.
