friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet and clean. Excellent location to access PIT airport.

We were greeted by a very rude front desk clerk. She was unpleasant because her system was down. She then told us that we had to pay $9.00 per day for parking. We never have had to pay for parking at any Marriott facility that is located in a suburban area. The front desk clerk also told us that breakfast on Sunday was served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. We arrived I. The dining room at 9:25 and the staff were breaking it all down. They were not very polite about it. We blame ourselves for this because it did state that breakfast was served until 9:30. The breakfast fare was palatable but was identical every single day we were there. There was a selection of breads it was bagels or English muffins. We have stayed in other Fairfield Inns that served wonderful breakfasts with fresh fruit, premade omlettes, and a variety of breads. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Convenient to PIT airport, this property was clean and comfortable. Free self-parking, indoor pool, ample breakfast. Close to other restaurants, shopping, etc. Would stay here again.

Rooms were clean , but customer service was terrible. Asking the front desk a simple question was met with “I don’t know and I don’t care” attitude. Then they just continued to ignore me and went back on their phone .

Quick 1-night, trip. Really just needed a comfortable place to sleep and get breakfast. Easy to find/park, quick check-in, comfortable room, breakfast that was fine. Only complaint was that the fan on the a/c was so loud we turned it off when we slept.

The property was good the one down side was the TV's were not smart TV's and unless you had Netflix there were not many choices. We went out and spent $89 on a fire stick that was exceptionally hard to use. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and hooked us up with tech services to be able to use it.

The staff was amazing. The property was clean. The continental breakfast was good and the front desk staff was amazing.

This hotel was awesome, overall! We received a suite that was handicap accessible for my husband that is confined to a wheelchair. The unit was large and roomy to accommodate both a wheelchair and mobility scooter. The bathroom had grab bars around the toilet and in the shower/bathtub. The breakfast was hot and tasty with a variety of options. The coffee was excellent. I have two issues that are note worthy to mention: First, the bedside table between the two beds had a visibly sticky ring from a cup or glass on it that needed to be wiped off and the second, more notable was the mattress on the pull out sofa bed. It was basically flat with zero support to it. My husband generally sleeps on this bed because it’s lower to the floor and easier for him to get up and down from. Unfortunately, he was not able to sleep on this bed because of the mattress! However, we were able to get him onto one of the queen beds but he was not able to get out of the bed without assistance. Not a deal breaker, just a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, definitely a five star experience. Staff was great!
