The location is close to the university. The room is not very big, but the facilities are complete, and you can cook simple meals. Hotel service is also good, breakfast is OK.

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and Marriott Courtyard previously visiting our UR undergrad son and this time tried the Staybridge Suites. The location couldn’t be beat (closest walk to campus), the WiFi was excellent (unlike the Hilton) and the room was spacious. The bathroom was a little cramped, but that was fine for what we were expecting. Overall, a great experience- we will return!

Room was very comfortable and clean. The view of the river was great. The only issue was the radiator/heater. It was so loud and every few minutes it would beep 6 times loudly. To solve this we turned off the heat completely and it still beeped all night long! Even off! It woke us up so often during the night that we decided not to book for another night. Everything was great except for this and the walls were a bit thin so outside noises were also easily heard.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite with a pull-out sofa. There were 3 of us but only 2 full-sized towels. We didnt notice in time to ask for more so one of us made do with the hand towels.

It was my 40th Birthday i was very comfortable and had a great time with my partner. Great hotel.
