Despite the lack of amenities the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again if I’m in town on a quick trip. 😊

Staff was very nice and pleasant. Room
Needs updating and cleaned. Hair dryer in room cord was gross . Dusty in room
Paint chipped on walls no extra blankets etc in rooms . Stayed one night if longer would of complained and asked for room
To be cleaned and or appliances replaced

1st room had old sheets still on bed. 2nd room the door connecting to room next to us wouldn't lock so we switched rooms again. The 3rd room water wouldn't drain out of the bathtub and the towels had dust on them.
I wanted to leave but it was very late, and we just stuck it out. My wife and I will never stay there again.

The staff here are very good people very professional I never have any problems here management team takes good care of there guest very well rooms are clean all rooms have kitchen very well maintain hotel😊

No toilet paper. No coffee pot. Was told to use Kleenex for toilet paper. Breakfast was old dry muffin. Thorny bushes growing into sidewalk that was icy.
I paid for 7 nights, used two nights, no refund at all. ******* blames hotel. Hotel blames *******. Customer gets the shaft. Don’t use third party booking.

Pros: Frances at checkout was friendly and kind, and the rates were very affordable. Very close.to Oakland University.
Cons: This is a very basic accommodation hotel, no frills.

Always a pleasure staying here. No issues. Staff is good. They could improve their breakfast offerings though. Also coffee is weak… but Starbucks is nearby!
