We were only there one night to sleep and shower in the morning. There were cracks behind the door front the knob hitting it even with a plate behind it. Woke up to shower and turned on the tub which had amazing water pressure and pulled the knob for the shower and it dripped out of the shower head. Tried to turn the settings on the shower and nothing. So, we had to leave without showering. When we checked out we mentioned it to the person working the desk and she asked what I wanted her to do about it. No apologies nothing. I will not stay again.

Spent 20 minutes in the lobby trying to get help to checkin. Never got help!

Clean. Responsive to questions. Had a light breakfast. The bathtub did not work but the shower did. Overall good!

We couldn’t get pop machines to work late at night the clerk came out to help us!! Thank you cause it was too cold to walk across the street to gas station with a lil one.

Very clean rooms, a little outdated, but they were very clean and nice. I like that there was an two entry doors to the room.

I didn’t stay because the hotel was literally too nasty and smelly it was disgusting.

It was the most affordable in town although very run-down. Carpet, sheets, etc were damp humid feeling. We had the air on but I think it was just the fan blowing air.

I wish they had a better breakfast option. But I understand and for the price I paid I was satisfied. The room was clean, did not smell or feel damp. I would stay again for quick overnight. Very reasonable price for safe clean place to lay your head at night.

The room we.booked online was not available because the clerk said it was being aired out from someone smoking in it weeks ago. The only other room we.could tske was.a handicapped assessible.room, which was fine , except it made it difficult to prepare face and hair for the day, since that area is in the lbed area. The light was upsetting to others.who were trying to.sleep . The shower was slow draining and the.light beside the bed flickered each time in use.. looking for.somewhere to plug in phone ,.i found multiple.plug peices.plugged..into.one.socket . Room service never showed for 3 days, and i only saw 1 housekeeper the entire days. With multiple guests onlybhad 2 towels. Coffee pot is single cup only. Had to ask for coffee. Continental breakfast was a joke... weapped honey buns or small prepackaged muffins from Walmart and they had a caraffe of coffee. 1 allowed per person. Also the room next to mine on geound floor wirh each having its own exit door to parking lot , had the door open leading to outside for 3 days. Anyone could have entered hotel. When broight to clerks attentionb, she simply shut the door. Bedspreads blankets are ugly and not soft. I dont usually complain but it was so disappointing. They must have changed locks several times in past but never efen covered the traces in woodwork of the old . Clerks did not speak unless spoken to .
