Location is Quiet,convenient and room is cozy.

BW is a hotel I like for business trips. Good value for money. The rooms are comfortable and clean. This time I checked in at the front desk. I don't know what the problem was with the credit card deposit. It took a little while. But the staff was very nice.

This is my first time staying at Best Western. Although this hotel is old, it is well maintained.

Although the exterior felt old, the interior of the room was clean and spacious enough to allow for a comfortable stay. Also, in the morning, you can have a quick bite to eat as they have apples or bananas, muffins, and coffee. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no breakfast buffet with a variety of foods.

Great property. I stay here every other month. I hope they add a hot breakfast option back. Such a great place and no breakfast at all? Shame.

I come to DC area quiet frequently and I have been enjoying this hotel very much. The only thing I miss is the breakfast included. I hope you will consider this service again focussing in a variety of choices: fruits, carbs, and protein. Include choices for vegeterians with plain yogurt.

Overall the room was fine. However, since they have a restaurant on-site I expected to be able to get breakfast at the hotel. I am traveling for work and don't want the hassle of looking for a decent place for breakfast. I will book a different hotel next time.

This was one of the worst hotel that I just visit and the management was horrible and they don't even have a Netflix on TV , thay give you a dirty towel and smell so bad. Terrible management and this hotel had only one housekeeper. I have no idea how this hotel is still working and I would not come in to this again.

Everything was good except they don't have free breakfest and the restaurant was close. Good service, free parking, and nice area. Thank you

Property was clean had no complaints with anything. Quiet area although next to busy road. Front desk staff was excellent during check in ; easy and fast. Will visit again .

We had a nice stay. Parking is free. Very neat and clean. The bathroom is fairly small.

As always, the stay was very good. Only downside this time was they didn't have the breakfast that they had before. Only continental, muffins and coffee. The staff was EXCELLENT!!!

Main road was very noisy with ambulances and sirens most of the night going up and down the street. Bed was a bit tilted foot above the head which made laying in bed a bit off. The thing that bothered me most was the fixed shower wall and the way it’s designed. You have to physically get into the shower to reach the water valves to turn on and in doing so get soaked with freezing cold water.
