The property was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. This is my second TRU to stay at this month and TRU will be my first choice of hotels in the future!

The shower had soapy finger prints on the walls. Hair in the shower and on the walls

The door latch worked backwards, there was a creaking and dripping in the wall all night. The TV was hard to use.

Just an overnight stay on a long drive. Never disappointed with TRU. No luxury just a clean comfortable place to rest. They do need new pillows.

We stayed there due to proximity of family members only to use the room to get some sleep and we were unable to due to kids running up and down the hallways all night and people partying late outside our window. No one controlled them and we didn't get any sleep. We will not be staying there again and we stay in town there 2 to 3 times a year.

Lots of trouble with the door lock.
Grumpy staff at check in.
Pancake maker was fun and popular but caused large backups.

The property is new and clean. I loved the shower and amenities.
I did have an issue with the tv not working all weekend. I did ask for help and someone did try to make it work, but it didn't. Nothing worse than being in a hotel room with no working tv.
