Spent 3N in late September. We were initially given the basic room but the bathroom was very small. Being Marriott members, we were upgraded to the suite so it was the perfect way to end our 2 week long Italy trip. The suite room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and both check in and check out process were smooth and quick. The hotel is just 3-4 months old so the room and common areas look brand new. The hotel is slightly far from most tourist attractions but with the bus, you can get to most places in 20-30 minutes. As long as you don’t mind the commute, highly recommend this hotel.

After a lovely 1 week stay in this clean, quiet, and very comfortable hotel, my bag was left in the lobby when our group departed on the airport bus. The entire reception team, especially Maryana, was so helpful in getting my bag back to me. The 9 pages of forms, tags, and labels were properly completed and my bag sent on its way. Thank you for excellent customer service!

We had a terrible experience staying at this hotel during our vacation time. We had the large family room and the room smelled terrible the whole time during our stay. When we notified the hotel staff about this, they really did not do much about it or offer to do anything to fix this. We had to leave all of the windows open to be able to tolerate the horrible smell of the room. The hotel staff were unwelcoming, with a poor attitude and very bad customer service. They also ended up charging us extra for breakfast for the kids, while the kids should have not been charged due to their ages. Overall a very poor experience and not a hotel I will be staying at ever again.
