"The 9th floor has a restaurant, bar, and pool, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. The service and facilities are excellent! 1. I felt like my luggage and room had been searched, but since I didn't have any valuables, nothing was damaged. 2. I had already paid for breakfast, but the restaurant manager asked for my receipt again, which totally ruined my beautiful mood!!!"
