Very terrible check in experience because of unavailability of payment authorization for non us residents / tourists. Even if you paid for the whole package online , they still need you to charge an additional fee with a debit card on file which may not be available for foreign citizens .

Great hotel and very accommodating

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was in order and clean.

The hotel is extremely dated and the carpeting is extremely dirty. There is sweat odor in the room. I tried to get an upgrade by paying extra $20 per night and it turned out to be a downgrade. The furniture in the tower was cheap and the bathroom has this odd half sliding door where everything inside can be seen from the gap. It was extremely disappointing and the fare was not cheap either I paid $179 per night for a bad experience.

It's very close to the airport, and it's also very convenient to go to Chicago Fashion Outlet. It only takes a quarter of an hour to walk and a 4-minute drive. The room is large and the design is innovative. There are not many choices for breakfast, typical American style, but it can meet the requirements.

There is no room service despite what was advertised and restaurant closed 45 mn early despite me calling to confirm that we would be able to get in to eat after a whole day international flight.

Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly Bus shuttle was good
