The hotel was great for the price! The staff was very friendly. The public areas were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was fresh and sufficient although light on healthy and vegetarian options. Could the hotel find alternatives to all of the plastic used at the breakfast station? A plastic cup with a lid for one egg- not a good environmental choice. The room itself was roomy, but we found a sticky spot on the floor.

Hotel was updated and clean. Customer service was sparse, we didn't need/want anything so it wasn’t an issue. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Would stay there again… the price was right.

Rooms lacked cups and microwaves. 24 hour coffee is good. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Haven’t received my receipt by email yet.

Love the Avid, stayed many times before.
There was hair in my shower before we used it and the guy at the front desk struggled a bit to get me checked in. Otherwise everything was great!

The hotel room was fine. There was a nice large TV. The breakfast was only a small variety of biscuit sandwiches and watery juice.

Great hotel, not thrilled about not getting my deposit back, came for an overnight stay, was hardly in the hotel room, left it in great condition as was when I checked in and I never received my deposit back
