The room has all we needed, bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious and clean, just it was a bit old. With few changes it would be a 5.

The beds were comfortable but there was a hole in the wall in the restroom near the window so when it was raining water would come through. There was also a hole in the wall by shower that would leak water anytime the shower was on. At first I thought I accidentally spalsed water out but I quickly realized that was not the case when the whole floor was soaked

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean,place was generally quiet. Some traffic noise, but thats a given on main st. And only a block away from the NMMI , which has an interesting campus.

Came from Utah and it was exactly what we needed. Front desk was very friendly and took care of us. Would definitely stay again!

ower was swell. room was alright, tub was leaking water out of the wall. lack of towels. swimming pool was a dirt garden. would have liked to relax around a pool after walking every where. 6 outta 10

Best hidden gem hotel to stay at in Roswell. Also, they filled in the pool and are growing a garden there. Best use of the massive waste of space and money that a pool is.

A clean and roomy space in a vintage property at a very convenient location. Would recommend.

Rooms are old . Rooms are clean . Manager is very nice soft spoken and kind to offer extra help to guide roswell good restaurants or where to spend time on weekend. Good english and seems young talented manager . People are friendly internet works good
