Bad experience. On arrival our room turned out to be dirty, we immediately reported this to the reception, after which we were told by an arrogant blonde lady from the reception that the room had just been “cleaned” and was good. She did not want to give another room, but after continuing for a long time we got another room. The rooms are dirty and dusty lots of dirty stains on the furniture and floors!! And very unfriendly staff!!!!

Super accueille et service chaleureux rien à redire sur le personnel (souriant(e)s répondent à nos questions et prennent le temps de vous expliquez ! Malheureusement ce n’est pas le cas des femmes de ménages qui ne font pas leurs part (hormis un lit relativement propre (cheveux ou poil tout de même trouver dedans) la poussière n’est faites nul part, de la poussière installer absolument partout. des miettes traînent sur le bureau, des traces sur le bas des lits ainsi que les portes et poignées ne donnent pas envie d’y toucher, sans parler des toilettes si vous osez soulever la lunette vous y trouverais un mélanges d’urine sécher et d’autres taches inconnues) ! En plus de ça nous avons eu à faire aux moustiques ce qui n’est pas grave car pour cela ils n’y peuvent pas grand chose.
En soit suffisant pour une seule nuit mais manque de propreté, merci tout de même aux dames à l’accueil et au serveur en salle d’avoir relevé le niveau !
