It was great hotel for short trip

I was not pleased with this hotel. The tv didn't work, the coffee maker was not working either, the phone didn't work and my room wasnt cleaned. The beds were made everyday and the garbage taken out but dirty cups left and not changed and sheets were not changed all week. I had to complain 3 times before anything was done and no one checked or followed up to make sure all was working correctly. I definitely will not be staying again....the hotel is a 3 star but didn't have any amenities as most hotels do. Very dissappointed!!!

Horrible room with a view of pipes! Not enough of space to puy the bag om the floor. Half bathroom in bathroom, half outside. Simply: horrible!

Just a great hotel. Great service, excellent views from the room.

Me and my daughter stayed for 2 nights, it was a good location for our trip to Ahoy. Trains was nearby and Tram stop outside. Our room was clean and the bathroom looked new. Everything we needed was provided. Only negative was the TV was too high up nearly to the ceiling and the breakfast was a bit expensive. Overall we both enjoyed our stay.

Room was small (expected), clean and had all the amenities needed. Can not beat the location and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Be advised there is a "city" tax that will be added to your room cost that is separate from the room cost on your travel site.

Hotel is ideal if planning a cruise. Rotterdam cruise terminal is directly across the river with an easy walk for checking in to the ship

Very close to cruise docks and great dining. Also easy walk able to great dining and shoppong areas.

Nice and clean hotel at a great location

We just liked it as it was. Clean, friendly staf, good breakfast, and lunch in theorie restaurant.

We had a room on the corner of the building overlooking Erasmus Bridge. Watching all the boats on the canal while having a cuppa was great. There are some lovely restaurants a very short walk from the hotel, and museums close by. The tram stop right outside the hotel is very convenient and made exploring the city very easy. Rooms on our floor were being renovated with new furniture etc. Our room definitely needed the upcoming revamp as the chairs in particular were worn and stained. Fantastic radiators meant we could be comfortable during a cold spell. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but we did use the bar once - it's a bit tired, service was ordinary and the food/snacks options very limited. Overall, we'd happily stay here again.

For me it was a nice and quiet hotel and very near the event I was attending.
