Everything is as per information, which is there on the website. Coffee machine in every room would have been nice. Breakfast spread is thin and Restaurant offering breakfast is not conveniently located.
Cleanliness, Location and styling is really great. Reception is welcoming and supportive.

The overall experience is great! No provision of toiletries but it’s ok. Location is great — 15min walk from rotterdam centraal station.

the bed is a little small, but hotel is so convenient, there are a lot of restaurants and bars around the hotel. There is a electronic kettle in the room.
