Top notch in every way from the decor and comfort of our room to the beautiful lounge bar, cafe and gourmet restaurant. All staff are very friendly and professional. There is a very strong attention to detail. Food and wine in the cafe are great, with a cosy atmosphere. The star of the show is, however, La Table. We loved our evening; meticulously prepared dishes, interesting drink pairings and excellent service, without pretension. We will be back!

Amazing place, beautiful chalet-style rooms. Location is fantastic. Gastronomic experience was excellent too. Service is second to none.
Only downside is the train track next to the hotel, but the noise is completely fine if you keep the window closed during the night.

Except for the sommelier, not very friendly staff. They think very highly of themselves. Instead they should be more client-friendly. Food correct, but not great. Maybe the reason why it was far from full while next door had no vacancy....

A very big thank you to all the staff, gourmet restaurant worthy of a 2 Michelin star, very relaxed a**osphere in the room, the 9-course menu is very well thought out and worked with lots of details, very comfortable room, good breakfast, thank you for this experience, above all nothing

We were able to enjoy an exquisite dinner that pampered all our senses. The excellent rating of 18 points is an understatement. A delight for the eyes and the stomach. The staff were very attentive, extremely friendly and had a lot of patience with our lack of French. The overnight stay in Valrose No. 4 put another star on the whole. A big thank you to the kitchen, service and reception.

Everything was perfect from start to finish: cozy setting, smiling, professional and attentive staff and a high-flying meal where the food is sublime. The chef gives pride of place to local products which go wonderfully with seafood. We will come back!

Too bad the hotel is located on the edge of the railway line and the trains run there between 5 a.m. and 11:30 p.m.! Impossible to open the windows without feeling like a train is entering the room! And no air conditioning except a small mobile device which is not of much use…
