就是看着四星級的酒店才下單了2月14日的房間，房費300多一晚，雖然打着四星級的旗號，收着四星級酒店的費用，但是各方面不管是硬件設施還是軟件服務都沒有達到四星酒店的標準，房費與提供的服務嚴重不匹配，具體主要有以下幾個方面：1.酒店停車不方便，地上停車場混亂，汽車電瓶車混停，其中汽車亂停，沒有畫停車位的地方也停滿汽車，地下停車場是跟娛樂城共用的，停車場入口較小，且非常昏暗。2.房間空調缺乏人性化，2月14日當天瑞金氣温最高温度是14至25度，在這樣的温度下，酒店中央空調還提供暖氣，進入房間23度，準備開空調降温到20度，開了一會，變25度了，打電話給前台客户，説他們現在是供暖，無法降温，建議把空調關了開窗户降温。3.酒店地理位置非常嘈雜，房間升級到15樓，晚上睡覺還能聽到外面大馬路上汽車的聲音。4.酒店吹風機非常小，連鎖酒店的吹風機都比這個四星級的酒店吹風機好用，吹頭髮時間較長。5.房間走廊的廊燈夜間無法關閉，正好照在床上，睡覺的時候會照到臉上，影響休息。6.酒店客梯衹有2台，就這種情況下，酒店工作人員還在早餐高峯期使用客梯拉物資，導致客廳衹能站下四五位客人。7.下單的時候商家界面就顯示下午2點退房，結果12點出頭去酒店拿行李，房卡已經無法打開房間門，刷了很多遍都沒有用，問了保潔阿姨才知道，這家酒店房卡到中午12點就會失效，無法打卡房門。保潔阿姨還説他們酒店就是12點退房的，衹是寬容才允許下午2點退房，酒店使用規則上面寫的很清楚當天12點入住，次日14點之前退房。本來定了2天的房間，就這酒店的服務，第二天果斷退房了，去瑞金賓館重新開房間去了，這家酒店從此拉入黑名單。
