Super 8 by Wyndham Heyburn/Burley Area

While this hotel's facilities weren't too bad, I ended up paying for 2 rooms because of a mistake I made in registering on Trip.com. When Trip.com tried to recover the charge from Super 8, they were told that the room had been marked no-show and it was their right to the payment. It was their right, as is mine to give them 1 star.

Easy check-in, clean room, great food for breakfast. Only remark - why don't you have cream cheese for breakfast? We would definitely choose this hotel again if we come to this area.

It was a very nice room. I appreciated it being pet friendly. They have a very nice area for dogs with poop bags, which is a plus. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and inviting.

I paid for the hotel online through ******* because my husband and daughter were traveling. When my husband arrived, he was told that they hadn’t received payment and told him he had to pay. He wasn’t aware that I had paid, since I had told my daughter; my husband had gone in to check in. When I sent him the receipt the hotel staff didn’t know how to refund the money; seems like a scam where hotel personnel are taking money for themselves.

Great place to stay and good value for money. The facilities are really good. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Easy access location. Will stay again.

This is a very old hotel & they do the best they can with their limited budget

One night stop on a 3 day trip. Nice room well maintained and in a safe area.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend during Christmas Eve weekend. The front desk staff were so friendly and kind. They remembered it was a big weekend for me and cared enough to ask how our day went and congratulated us. My maid of honor stayed there as well and my daughter. We also had support animals and they were friendly to them too. I've stayed here before and will continue to do so.
