房間大，床品舒適，裝修風格比較東南亞度假風，綠化環境好，空氣清新。温泉池子較多，還有泳池。14點退房，很人性化。
需要改進：1、温泉淋浴間水較多，2、泳池水有點混。

一言難盡，酒店太老了，設施什麼也不行了。服務就更加不提了，沒有現代化酒店管理的內容，能滿足基本的需求吧。餐廳人手不足，出菜很慢，説是下雨很多人不出去吃導致客流暴增，可是目測也就不到10桌啊……温泉還行，每天換水這個給個贊吧！清明暴雨第一天車都開不進去酒店，門口被水淹了你敢信？！！車停路邊酒店開觀光車給拉進去的，體驗也是新奇，不會再來咯，就這樣。

房間已經陳舊了，睡的床衹要動一下就發出嘰嘰的聲音，早餐就更不用多説了，很便宜的東西能做出好吃的東西嗎？好像叫煮水蛋都沒有！
更不友好的是，半山的温泉衹在下午開放，上午衹能在下面泡，人多擁擠，是人手不夠，還是傲慢無禮所致？大家擁擠在一池，樹葉泡在池子裏，泡在大家的洗腳水裡，那場面夠酸爽嗎？全場衹看到一個服務員，而且態度還不好，客人問哪裡有水喝？她回答説哪裡都有，這不是廢話嗎？
臨走前，前台還叮囑我一定要給五星好評，我無語了。這東西能隨便給的嗎？
感覺乳源擁有非常好旅遊資源，奈何當地人的服務意識根本不到位，衹顧着吃轉移付款，不自己造血，能長久嗎？

今年第二次帶朋友過來雲門山玩，9號入住麗宮這次工作人員服務態度改善許多，雖然前台辦理入住時工作人員有點不專業無語了。為什麼我每次在攜程訂麗宮酒店房間攜程確認後最後入住都説未查到我訂單。哎！希望不要出現第三次！朋友也非常喜歡養心谷獨立温泉房。小孩也玩的開心！雨中泡温泉非常不錯。
