Quality Inn Sacramento Convention Center

I thought it was a very poor decision for me to stay here for business. My clothing smelled in the morning

This motel isn't located in a nice area. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking area and roaches in our room. Also the continental breakfast was not very plentiful. The motel staff did their best though. Our room was clean with the exception of the roaches. The pool was quiet and restful. We chose this motel for its value compared to the expensive motels down the block so we got what we paid for.

Fresh waffles. Problems getting orange juice refilled. Limited protein selections. Fresh fruits were available. Room was not stocked with washcloth. Walls showed numerous places with broken and cracked spackle.

Friendly front desk staff. Rooms are dated and small, but clean. Stairs up to rooms are a death trap, but there is an elevator. Homeless people were sleeping at the base of the stairs that lead up to the rooms. Walking distance to convention center, restaurants and some shopping.

Breakfast menu was only waffles some fruit yogurt cereal and prepackaged boiled eggs. Parking atleast was decent. Our room had a broken chair and there was wayer damage on the walls by the bathroom and on the walls in the bathroom. The remote didnt even work with the tv.

Very outdated. Facility was old and dirty. Homeless people inside the property blocking the stairs to access your room. Noisy at night (people fighting in the middle of the night). Overall sketchy place to stay at

Stay away! We booked this hotel through **********. The reviews looked good. The photos on ********** do not look like the actual hotel. We had to walk around homeless people to get to the front door. The hallways smelled like urine. There were stains on the walls of the hotel room. It was disgusting and unsafe. We had to move to another hotel. We contacted ********** for some help with compensation but they said there was nothing they could do. Do not stay here!!! Not sure if we will continue to use ********** either.

Room smelled like smoke upon arrival. We arrived later than time approved just in case. Air conditioning also brought in smell of smoke. Staff is nice and friendly but just hate coming to a hotel or inn that smells like smoke.
