The room I was in 110 had a roach in it, yuck I checked out and told the front desk immediately, she said she'd let the manager know

It’s a room with a bed. The shower handles were loose. I had a four day stay and the room was never cleaned or given fresh bath towels. You have to give a $50 cash deposit, which they do not return so the price is misleading.

This hotel was perfectly fine. I needed to sleep for one night. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good, all the essentials.

The place was so beautiful and clean.. The staff there was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great.. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank y'all to the friendly staff there!

Cigarette butts at the entrance doors. The bathroom wasn't recently cleaned soap scum in the shower. I had to get new batteries for the tv remote.

It was absolutely awful. I would attach photos if possible. The ceiling in the shower was ready to collapse at any time. They made a charge to my visa for no reason.
You should not have this hotel on your website. It’s disgusting.

I was once again charged the deposit and I want a refund. When I checked in I asked them not to do this again. Now I will not stay there again.
