La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tucson Airport

The hallways are dark and dingy. The doors slam and elevator was dirty. The breakfast was lack luster and the outside area wasn’t well maintained.

Check in was quick and the desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries.

Our check-in at this motel was just fine! Our front desk representative let us check in an hour early so that was great. Our room was OK. The amenities were sufficient. Lots of plugs for our electrical devices. What was disturbing was a low hum that lasted throughout our entire night. Could not figure out what it was. Must’ve been a background generator running or something of that nature but, it was disturbing. The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows, despite there being a ton of them, were not conducive to sleep! Woke up , it was disturbing. The bed was not very comfortable. The bathtub floor was stained and looked rather sad. The towel used for the bathmat look like it was already used by somebody else. We were happy to see that the bathtub had a grab bar so that we could hang onto it during our shower. The surrounding area was fine and felt safe. As for breakfast…we did not partake of it, but it smelled really good and looked like people were enjoying it! . Overall, I wouldn’t mind staying at this motel again for a one night stay but more than that I would have to think about it.

Easy check in Friday night and the lady at the desk was fabulous! Friendly helpful and a sense of humor!

The breakfast needed some work. The coffee was terrible: very strong & it looked like coffee grinds also came out with the coffee. Vanilla, or some flavor of creamer would have been nice. There were no wheat bread or wheat bagels, only white. And it would have been nice to have a low sugar yogurt option. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding.

Good place.to stay, clean, safe, and quiet. The breakfast was good with susage and hardboiled eggs, bagels and peanut butter, those were my favorites. We couldn't control the temperature in the room. It was hot and stuffy, which prevented a really good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable.

Stay one night 3 times each year before flying home, staff always welcoming and efficient, rooms clean, beds comfortable, several reasonable eateries within few minutes walk, very convenient location to airport - only one I know that is easily walkable.
