We have stayed here several times before but now there are a few unexpected changes. For instance you are now charged $200. deposit which I understand but the cleanliness of the hotel has diminished. It is pet friendly but staff doesn’t seem to interested in keeping the urine smell to a minimum. The front desk staff is a little snarky at best. Not sure if it has fallen under new management but the conditions of the rooms have gotten worse.

I booked a suite and expected one based on my hometowns standards. A suite there was a couch? Otherwise it was nice and quiet…😁😁

Hotel needs an emergency update and upgrade. Water pressure was really low. Main entrance outside needed some TLC, furniture at the reception area were dirty in the corners. Room had a strong humidity smell. Breakfast was great , but there was a customer inside the eating area with two dogs bigger than me. We won’t stay in that hotel anymore.

We Checked in late and had to leave early. The room was clean. I could tell by the rug on the stairwell that it was sa pet friendly hotel.

Property needs upgrades. Beds were uncomfortable. Carpets were dated. Whole place had a musty smell.

Location to I-95 was good. The desk staff was not appreciated. They acted like I was interrupting them.
