Location is not so comfortable, the room is really old, need to be renovated

The staff is very friendly however the hotel is very "tired". Needs a complete update.

I never received the hotel room when I confirmed the reservation on trip and I got there they told me I didn’t have any room so they canceled it but on trip kept my money and said it was competed this has happened every time I get anything on this website it’s at every hotel I go

It was a pleasant stay and the location was very convenient!

Thought price little high considering location, it being off season

It served its purpose, just needed a place to sleep for the night but it did have a cigarette smell that was weird since its smoke free hotel.

The Red Roof Inns seem to be declining. The toilet was poorly mounted and ran constantly.

I looked at 3 rooms which were dirty, smelled or the front door did not securely close. I finally just asked for my money back.

I had to switch three different rooms due to never being cleaned as well as lack of towels toilet paper etc when asked for it lack of receiving blood stains on the sheets had to pay $150 for a deluxe room that didn't exist because all the rooms are the exact same so I would like my 150 back please

Dresser drawer was broken. Room was hot and ac did not work. 3am wakeup from kids passing my room and knocking on the door. They charged a deposit and then cpuldnt tefund it. Shower worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Walked in office and stood right right in front of associate that had head phones on and was playing on his phone took about 5 minutes for him to look up and see us, he did change our room to lower level upon asking but the key card did not work it took three times going back before it worked then we went out to dinner and came back and it didn’t work again the bathroom door was falling off the hinges on a good note beds was comfortable and you could smell the bleach.

Good location, friendly staff, easy parking access, but on the downside stains on sheets, Broken towel racks and shower fixtures towels were dirty in the restroom cups had used cigarette butts and there was a strong unpleasant odor like mold or mildew.

Clean but dated property. The premium room is a waste of money. No snacks and the “spa like” bathroom is a joke.
